Rounding out the month of September is the firm’s Prints and Multiples auction on the afternoon of September 26 featuring vibrant works by Jasper Johns, Roy Lichtenstein, Banksy, Marc Chagall, and Bridget Riley, amongst many others. Importantly, the sale includes a session of artworks sold to benefit People For the American Way, a national progressive advocacy organization that inspires and mobilizes Americans to defend freedom, justice, and democracy from those who threaten to take them away. Artworks by Richard Serra, Chuck Close, and Robert Rauschenberg will be auctioned off to benefit their mission for many years to come.
