The collection of European and American art of Robert J. Buford spans from the mid-19th century to today, and includes work by Ivan Konstantinovich Aivazovsky, Jean Beraud, Cecily Brown, Jean Arp, Milton Avery, Giacomo Balla, Harry Bertoia, George Braque, Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot, Kees Van Dongen, Kenneth Noland, Hans Hofman, Lee Krasner, John Marin, Joan Mitchell, Fernand Léger, Emil Nolde and Maurice de Vlaminck, among many others.
