Destinos, the 2nd&nbsp;Annual Chicago International Latino Theater Festival is&nbsp;September 10 &ndash; October 21.

This year guests can expect to see plays from all over Latin America including M&eacute;xico, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Cuba and Argentina.
