Family Day: Play with Clay

Drop by the Smart Museum of Art for a joyful journey of “clayful” activity.

During this monthly Family Day, create clay slabs, make tile relief sculptures, and collaborate at our one-of-a-kind clay-play table. The afternoon art activities are inspired by works on display in Ruth Duckworth: Life as a Unity.

FREE, drop-in. Art-making supplies and other materials are provided. Family programs are best for kids 4–12, but all ages are welcomed! Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
