Francis Chapin: 30 Years of Painting the American Scene & Travels Abroad

Considered the “Dean of Chicago Painters,” Francis Chapin was a respected instructor at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago known best for his paintings of views of Chicago and his extensive travel abroad. This exhibition presents artwork from his estate collection spanning three decades.
