Jason Carey-Sheppard (b. 1986 in Denver), is an artist living and working in Chicago. He received a BA in philosophy and a BFA in Visual Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2008 and an MFA in Visual Arts from Mason Gross School of the Arts, New Brunswick, NJ, in 2012. He has exhibited at Postscript, Philadelphia; Anytime Dept., Cincinnati; The Carnegie, Covington, KY; 92Y Tribeca, NYC; The Shore Institute for Contemporary Art, Asbury Park, NJ; Gary Snyder Project Space, NYC; Bolsky Gallery, Los Angeles; Grounds for Sculpture, Hamilton, NJ; and Vertigo Art Space, Denver.
