Anne Loucks Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of COLOR THEORY, a new exhibition of work by Lori Glavin, Stephanie Henderson, and Maura Segal. The show includes twenty-eight paintings by the artists focusing on color, its relationship and impact on the viewer.
Lori Glavin's abstract gestural paintings are inspired by a fresh examination of patterns found at home and in the natural world. Stephanie Henderson's work revolves around bold shapes, saturated color and how it affects emotions and perceptions. Maura Segal's multi-layered paintings combine fields of color with intricate collage, a combination inspired by minimalism and modern architecture.
The show continues through February 22nd. Please stop in for some mid-winter color therapy - we'd love to see you!
