On the occasion of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, the Italian Cultural Institute of Chicago and the Accademia Italiana della Cucina present an event dedicated to the tradition of the Mediterranean diet, inspired by the theme Mediterranean Diet and Heritage Cuisine: Health and Tradition.
What is the Mediterranean diet? Two Italian chefs will discuss the Mediterranean diet’s characteristics, providing examples of recipes. A tasting of olive oil from Apulia will complete the evening.
