Murano Glass

On August 15th, Wright is pleased to present Murano Glass, a series of auctions that explore the depth and breadth of artistic glass produced on the island of Murano in the 19th and 20th centuries. Featuring iconic designs from renowned glassworks alongside exceptional examples from smaller makers, this vibrant offering spans the 1920s to the 1970s and beyond. 

Highlights include Soffiato vessels by Vittorio Zecchin, vases designed by Fulvio Bianconi for both Venini and Cenedese, esoteric works by Ercole Barovier and Flavio Poli, and contemporary designs by Laura De Santillana and Lino Tagliapietra.
