On Thursday, June 8, meet a fascinating local painter and sculptor Jay Allen Hyde in his Evanston home studio and find out how he uses found objects to inspire his work. Enjoy a glass of wine as we delve into Hyde’s playful, vivid images and pop art sensibility, suggesting a range of narratives. Joanna Pinsky will lead the discussion as we get to know our host and learn about his artistic processes along with the personal history that drew him to his creative life.
