The Sunday Salon: Visceral Dance Chicago

The performance and discussion will be in the Main Gallery at TACHP, and will be against the backdrop of the exhibit,A Look Within, featuring work by Judy Norris and Suzette Bross, and Beyond the Selfie, with works by various artists exploring the theme of ‘self-obsession’. A Look Within/Beyond the Selfie, curated by TACHP’s Caren Helene Rudman, will be on display from March 1, through April 7, with an opening event at 5:30 PM on March 1st. The Sunday Salon series is free of charge, and light food with a limited bar will be available. 

Visceral Dance Chicago,a contemporary dance company dedicated to a bold and progressive world of movement, and labeled by Chicago Stage Standard as a "strong force in the contemporary sphere", will be featured in TACHP’s first event of their new series, Sunday Art Salon. The free event will feature live performances by members of the company and a discussion on the process of choreography with Visceral’s Founder and Artistic Director Nick Pupillo.
