The artists of “Vanitas: Contemporary Florals” reimagine this 16th and 17th-century tradition through an optimistic lens, using the beauty of a blossom and the hope of Spring’s rebirth to act as symbols of life’s resilience.

The exhibiting artists include Michael Lynn Adams, Jacqueline Kamin, Hagop Keledjian, Jean Lightman, Yana Movchan, Christopher Pierce, and John Traynor.

In conjunction with this exhibition, we are proud to host our first living art event over Gallery Night MKE weekend. We have partnered with local florists to create sculptural renditions of a series of works from our collection.
