Various Designers – PRIVATE QUARTERS

Volume Gallery is pleased to announce its upcoming group exhibition, Private Quarters, open from July 13th - August 31st, 2018 at 1709 W Chicago Ave, Chicago IL, 60622.

Featuring works by David Salkin, Ross Hansen, Ania Jaworska, Thaddeus Wolfe, Christy Matson, Jennefer Hoffmann, Jonathan Muecke, and Anders Ruhwald, Private Quarters is a hypothetical interior of an imaginary home. Consisting of a dining room, living room and office, each of the areas are arranged with pieces that create the backbone of an interior - a table, a couch, a desk, etc. The spaces are defined by three rugs by David Salkin to further reinforce the platform of each room.
