William Blake (b. 1991, Oshkosh, WI) lives and works outside Chicago, IL. As a participant in Civil War reenactments across the country, he portrays the artist Winslow Homer. His latest paintings feature re-enactor Hugh Goffinet portraying soldiers of the Abraham Lincoln Battalion during the Spanish Civil War.
