Winter Makers Market 2024

This December, we are excited to host our fourth Maker’s Market, open to creators of all backgrounds, experience levels, and mediums. The market will coincide with Agency: Craft in Chicago from the 1970s–80s and Beyond, an exhibition that explores the development and legacy of Chicago’s high craft movement. This exhibition will spotlight craft as a tool for change and a means of expressing agency outside institutional frameworks, featuring over 40 artists and focusing on fiber and ceramics, as well as jewelry, wood, and glass. The project is part of the citywide initiative Art Design Chicago.

Vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their craft in booths throughout our two gallery spaces. This market will give emerging and established creators a platform to sell their work, grow their business, and connect with our community. It will be a celebration of the many forms art can take!
